Monthly Challenge Achievement BUG

Definitely, if there’s something you can take for granted reading this topic is that unpairing/pairing your watch is not working at all, nor having the latest software on both the phone and the watch. So don’t loose your time with that. It is always recommended to have them updated to the latest and it will be a step of troubleshooting so make sure you do that before contacting the tech support.

As an update on my situation: towards the evening of 4/1 I received the March Challenge badge although at no point throughout the month I had a clue where the counter actually is. The April Challenge is still off like iDemon’s with a superhuman recording.

Lets' hope it's fixed. Right now am sitting with a March achievement which i did not do as i took my February challenge as a March achievement.

I have a similar issue with the March Challenge but in my case is the calories count. It got stuck on the count of 19,410 (probably from February) and my March goal is 19,803.

On top of that I just lost the Women’s Day challenge - there’s no medal in the rack although the activity badges show I have 200% my moving goal.

Tech Support suggested me to unpair/pair my watch. Did this to no change.

I am having issues as well with the monthly challenge specifically for March. As of yesterday it said I only needed 7 miles to complete the challenge for March after walking 7 miles today it’s now telling me I need 12 miles. When I added up my miles for the month it looks like I should be very close to the required total to complete the challenge.

I didn't receive my challenge for April so far. And got my for februari and didn't get that one I was over my challenge. Than moderators reply to un pair and pair your watch. The bug is in the iPhone app.

Thanks for the advice. I like others on this post am completely missing the April challenge from my phone. I've tried restarting and before doing the unpair/pair i decided to do a bit of research... glad I did. Appreciate the posts.

Some people have all the luck. I got an impossible target for March, and I’ve not even been offered a challenge for April. Now I’m just waiting to be told I need to stand for 25 hours in a day for my next challenge

It seems that the April Challenge is messed up too for me. Check the screenshot. Proposed 635 average and now, 1st day I have an average of 17,194...unless it’s an April’s fool task :)

I have completed 9 workouts longer than 25 minutes in March and I still haven’t gotten the reward. It still says that I’ve only done 4

This is my record of last month. And yes it shows 4 workouts in the workout app so my March is also the same as February then. It just won’t go over 4

Mine is also messed up but it doesn’t really seem that Apple is trying to fix it
