Yes my Apple ID has been disabled after a dispute over iTunes charges that I had never purchased can someone please help me with this problem

My Apple ID has been disabled over a dispute of charges from itunes it has not been disabled for security reasons because I can sign into my account and stuff someone please help.

Start here - Contact Apple Support and follow the "Disabled Apple ID" option.
