Keynote presenter notes duplicating

Hello

I use keynote 7.3.1. I use keynote to save pictures (mostly western blots) and write in the presenter note a description. Now I've found that in a 80 page document every presenter note is the same. Ie keynote has replaced all the different presenter notes for the different slides and replaced it with the same for every slide. This is very bad. Has anybody had the same problem?
