Question: need to cancel music app, i cannot access music on iphone

How do I cancel membership to my paid monthly subscription music? For last three months I haven’t been able to access the app to play any of my downloaded music but the 9.99 monthly fee has steadily been coming out of my bank account. PLEASE HELP

Alternatively we could try to help with getting the app to work but we need more specifics on what exactly happens when you try to use it. not being able to access the app is kind of vague and maybe it even means you can't turn on your phone?

Well, I obviously can turn on my phone, or I wouldn’t even know the app wasn’t working- lol

When tapping on the app to bring up my downloaded music I only get a blank white screen as if NOTHING is there and I know there is(lots of music) and sometimes the app acts as though it is going to work but flickers off almost immediately. I’d rather keep my app and music if at all possible but if I can’t access it, I’d like to cancel. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but that hasn’t made any changes in my issue.
