Replace formulae with their calculated values.

I am operating a fairly ordinary spreadsheet that brings values from various sources into a single sheet that represents a summary of all income and expenses in a year. I want to extract the budget with its values, but not its formulae as I only want to retain it as a single sheet. If I delete sheets, I lose data. I can do it in MS Excel: can it be done in Numbers 4.3.1 without doing it manually?
