FaceTime and iMessage

Hi i have some problems with FaceTime and iMessage, I create new Apple ID on my iPhone, and after that I wanted

to activate FaceTime and iMessage on my MacBook, but I always get on error. Something like this "An error occurred during activation. Try again". All solutions from www.support.apple.com is not working for me.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6
