FaceTime and iMessage

Hi i have some problems with FaceTime and iMessage, I create new Apple ID on my iPhone, and after that I wanted

to activate FaceTime and iMessage on my MacBook, but I always get on error. Something like this "An error occurred during activation. Try again". All solutions from www.support.apple.com is not working for me.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

facetime activation error When I try to log into FaceTime and iMessage, I get the same pop up saying there was an error trying to activate my Apple-ID, I have tried to do some tutorials on youtube, but none of them helped, I really need some answers/help.

On my iphone iMessage and FaceTime is working fine.
