How can I upload pictures onto my icloud account on my computer from my phone, then delete them on my phone but still keeping them on the computer?

If you use My Photo Stream on the iPhone, but not iCloud Photo Library,
and iCloud Photo Library on the MacBook Pro, but not My Photo Stream,
your new photos will from the iPhone will appear in iCloud Photo Library on your Mac.
When you delete photos from the iPhone, wait, until you are seeing them on your Computer in the Moments. Only then delete them from the iPhone's photo Library, but not from My Photo Stream.
