I bought iPhone 5 second hand and the previous owner had deleted his apple id or unlocked the phone, it had no access with anyone so I created mine used for 6 months then it began to lagg then I reset my iPhone and now it's activation locked. It has my Gmail Id on it and now it says this email id cannot be used to unlock this iPhone. Is there any one who can help me

Apparently the previous owner did not completely erase the iPhone according to:

If you still have contact with the previous owner, perhaps you can get him to follow the steps in the "If you no longer have your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" section of the above link. Otherwise the iPhone is pretty much useless to you or anyone else:
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
Only the previous owner can remove the activation lock.
