Macbook 2017 randomly freezing

Lately my Macbook has been freezing. Everything will stop, I can't move the cursor or anything, after a few seconds the cursor becomes a unanimated beachball and continues to freeze for at least 5 minutes before unfreezing, and I can continue to work on it. This happens several times a day and interrupts my work.

My Macbook is a 13-inch 2017 Macbook Pro, OS Sierra version 10.12.6

MacBook Pro randomly freezes Hello, when using my MacBook Pro it randomly freezes and needs a hard reboot to get fixed. It happens a couple of times a day. When it does freeze everything except the power button becomes unresponsive. It happens when I close out of some applications. Any help would be appreciated.

Macbook pro 15inch 2017 freezes for 30-60s Macbook freezes when opening an app (Photos, Preview, Finder, or any other actually). The mouse pointer is still responsive, but nothing else. This lasts for 30 to 60 seconds, then the system works again.
