Timer ringtone won’t stop

Hi. When I use the timer, the ringtone will not turn off at the end of the allotted time. A stuttering version of the ringtone sometimes carries on even when the clock app is closed. This can only be stopped by shutting down the iPad and restarting. This problem has been around for about six months. I have an iPad Air with iOS 11.2.6. Any suggestions? Thanks

I've done various scenarios like Going to "Settings > Sounds & Haptics", under Ringer and Alerts, moving the slider causes the ringtone to start playing, but stops after about 1.5 seconds. Issue in ringtone playing Hi there, Recently my both ringtone types (original and downloaded) in my iPhone 11 pro are turning down without touching anything! means at the beginning of ringing, sound is normal and loud but in next ringings is getting more and more reduced till silent somehow and automatically Although I’ve reset it but the issue is still there. what is the problem in your point of view?
