My add to VIP contact no longer works
My add to VIP contact button no longer works. Help please.

I understand you are trying to add a contact to your VIP list. Are you doing this from an email message in the Mail app on your iPhone 6 Plus? Are you saying that when you tap on the sender's name and tap "Add to VIP" that you no longer see a grey star and the text change to "Remove from VIP"? Have you tried this with more than one contact?

Do you use iCloud for your contacts or email? If so, are you able to make a sender a VIP in iCloud Mail?
