On iphoneX, getting greyed-out "double click here" screen while making itune purchase or installing some of the apps.

yeah issue resolved, forgot to update this thread,

it solved by pressing button instead of clicking on screen.

Does the double-click on the button not work ? Do you have an app age rating set on the phone that's disabling it ?
