Can't activate my reset iphone 6

Hi,

How do i activate my phone after a reset? I put the phone in lost mode in December of 2017, found it the next day, couldn't remember the unlock code, no way to connect it to the internet, so I went ahead to reset the phone. I have been unable to take it off lost mode on my icloud, and I cant activate the phone. Tried every sim card under the sun. I'm on an island, and have no access to physical apple support.

Locked iPhone I bought a phone from online, but the phone is black listed as lost from the original owner.
