Iphone 7 plus mic issues during calls Only

People suddenly cannot hear me well and they hear weird noises when i talk to them from my iphone.

My phone is new and never dropped or damaged.

I tried recording my voice and it is clear. The issue only when i call someone. If I use headphone then its fine as well. I changed sim cards and did reset, restart.

It is also up to date with the software, running the latest IOS 11.2.6
