I cant start up my mac

Hi is there anyone can help me i couldnt open my mac it was froze on apple logo and loading was done but i got stuck on that already done all the steps but still same problem

Shut down

Disconnect all external devices

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC)

repeat 2/3 times

Reset the nonvolatile random-access memory (NVRAM)

(OPTION+COMMAND+p+r at Startup)

repeat 2/3 times

Then use safeboot (SHIFT at Startup)

Then reboot normally with devices disconnected.

Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart). Run Disk Utility and select First Aid. Then re-install the OS.

Thank you for your reply but all of them i did it already but still the same thing somebody advised me to go to apple center is there anyway to fix it?
