Hello everyone, I'm trying to validate my podcast for submission to the itunes store. When I try to do so, I'm getting the ever popular "Can't download epidsodes from feed."
When I try the rss validator, it's giving me error messages for code that I don't think I can control. any thoughts?

You have a few issues going on.
First your file is .ogg - you want it to be .mp3 for iTunes.
We recommend the following encoding settings for spoken word podcasts.
.mp3 Format
64 kbps - Bit rate
44.1 khz - sample rate
mono
This works out to 0.5 MB per minute.
Also your artwork is NOT square - it needs to be square and needs to meet these specs:
1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE
.jpg or .png
RGB
AND
<500 kb file size
Finally - in your libsyn account go to "Destinations" click "Edit" for Libsyn Classic Feed - and fill in ALL the info on that page.
Then try again.

Your media file is Ogg Vorbis: this is not acceptable in iTunes. Files must be .mp3, .m4a, .m4v, .mov or .mp4.
FeedValidator is flagging 'errors' which aren't errors, but arise because it doesn't recognize tags which have recently been introduced.
