Page break is associated with word processing applications, but not Numbers spreadsheets. If you look at the Insert menu, or from the Help menu, the Number's keyboard shortcuts, there is no reference to page breaks. You can start a new table, or even a new sheet, but no page break.

This was VERY helpful! In Numbers, I simply create two Sheets, rather than inserting a break between two pages. It is a spread-sheet application. In Pages, I would have inserted a new page, because it is a Page Layout application. Thank you!
