I have replaced my dvd drive by another HD, and moved the Photos library to it.
Still, photos are taking way too much space on my primary HD, an SSD of 240 GB, as you can see in the picture
"Fotos" means Photos in Portuguese.
iCloud Backup is off.
I am searching for these photos but I can't find it.
Does anyone knows how to fix it?

There is no iCloud Backup service for a Mac
The display you are showing is not accurate most of the time - using the finder how much free space do you have on your boot drive? Where did you move your Photos library to?

Now I have 33 GB of free storage on the boot drive, that's because I've moved a bunch of things to the 2nd hd.
I moved the Photos library to the 2nd hd as well, and I did it long time ago.

If you moved it then it is not using space on your boot drive - download and run a program called Grand Prospective to get an accurate overview of what is using space on your had drive
