I live in a very dusty place. How often should I clean my MacBook Pro?

I have the latest version of MacBook Pro with TouchBar and it's quite new and I want to use it for a longer time. I have seen quite a lot of posts on this discussion site about it already. My concern about the notebook was that I live in a very dusty area and every time I open up my MacBook Pro I see a lot of dust on the screen and the keyboard. I always keep a soft-cloth handy and wipe the dust off. I try to keep the doors and the windows closed. What other precautions should I take. Should I cover up the ports, so that the dust doesn't enter? Or Should I get my fan cleaned regularly from an Apple Service Centre. Also, how often should I clean my MacBook Pro?
