Will deleting Photos Library on my mac delete photos in iCloud too?

Probably a dumb question and I'm assuming the answer is no, but I wanted to make sure before I deleted the file and all my photos disappeared. My photo library is pretty small compared to some people's, but it's big enough to be taking up storage I need to use on my MacBook air which doesn't have a lot of space. Will deleting the file called Photos Library stored in ~/Users/"your username"/photos delete all the photos in my iCloud photo library too?
