Cannot update payment method

Hi guys,


Recently I made a in-app purchase. The purchase was successful and money was deducted, however the purchased items did not come in. Upon further checks, I realized the payments were pending with the message that my payment method cannot be authorized which is weird because I am using iTunes cards.User uploaded file



Anyway, I clicked on the message and I am brought to a page like this below with no options whatsoever.User uploaded file

Any idea how I can solve this? Thanks!
