problems installing IOS 10.3.3

My iPhone stopped working this morning. i spoke to my network provider - told me this will happen if I don't accept the updates. Great. Problem is so far this has cost me quite a bit including a doc's appointment and probs with bank. When I try to install the software all I get is 'An error occurred installing iOS 10.3.3. Is there an easy way to fix this? Cheers.

iPhone 5c, iOS 10.3.2, null
