How do I remove a payment method to none with it not allowing me to select none and no one is answering on the technical support line

I keep selecting none on the payment method both in my settings and at the Apple store online it will not let me select nine I do not wish that my information is on there I need to remove the payment information and select known as my option but again nobody is answering at the Apple technical support line nobody is getting my emails back to me and I cannot update my apps please help

If you can‘t choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - https://support.apple.com/HT203905 - also make sure you don't have any active subscriptions or are set as the Family Organizer for a Family Sharing plan.


You can only choose None when you set your payment method up from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store. None is not an option when you use the Apple ID account page to set your payment method.
