Question: I can't purchase on iTunes?

I am using a mac book pro. 10.10.5 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 I can't purchase anything from iTunes. The box for iTunes password which is my apple I.D. is given and nothing is happening. I have tried to reset the password and that has not worked? Any other solutions... Please and thank you

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
