cannot send pop3 email after ios 11.2.6 update

I am unable to send POP3 email after iOS 11.2.6 update. server tech has determined that all settings are correct

Not Able to Receive Emails on Pop Server Using an IPad 2. No challenges send and receiving emails for years. The last 24 hours I am unable to receive emails from a Pop Server. I have made no previo changes to settings prior to this challenge. In trouble shooting I have tried changing port numbers to no avail. Current email settings are a Pop Server and Port 995. I have also tried Port 110 to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Chuck

Pop3 is not a sending protocol both pop3 and imap rely on smtp to send mails

if you can send using cellular and not wifi its because the wifi network blocks the port

and the other way around
