problems with voicemails playing the same message

My iphone 7+ is having voicemail issues. In every different voicemail that is left for me, it will play the 1st message and then that message is duplicated through the rest of my voicemails. So that it is the only voicemail I get! I can clearly see that I have 7 different voicemails but it only plays 1 repeatedly.

Voicemail plays different messages ... frustrating Voicemail seems to play a different message to a caller when I am busy on the phone, compared to the standard message that it plays if i don't answer the phone. Voicemail not working after upgrading to new iPhone 11 I use to have an iPhone 6 and my voicemails appeared under the Voicemail tab as voice messages that I could listen to. Since upgrading to a new iPhone 11 my voicemails are no longer coming through as a voice message and I'm no longer notified in the Voicemail Tab that a message was left. This would allow me to activate Voicemails to old way. I cannot find any solutions as to how to get my voicemails back the way there were. Thanks for the assistance Craig.
