Hi please help me
In my iphone x when i enter my appleid in app store i cant singin
And i restore my phone and try again now my apple id is singined but icant download anythink!!
I try to touch get bottom but appsore won't download anythink!!

What country are you in? Just guessing, but if your native language is Persian, there is a possibility you are in Iran. If you are in Iran, you will not be able to download any content from the app store or iTunes store. Apple does not do business in Iran.
