I want iOS App Store on Mac

30+ apps on each device publish updates weekly plus a dozen others update a few times per month. Business travel precludes having consistent access to low cost and safe wifi; most of my connectivity is via a cellular mifi. I should be able to use a Mac OS application (like iTunes) to serve as a central hub for receiving iOS app updates to then update each device without further consumption of data plans.
