Can I speak to a human regarding a charge to a credit card and how to change said charge to another card?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6

If you want to change the card on your account you can change it yourself : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you want to see what you've bought : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
