This is not acceptable I paid £18 for Delivery prior to 9.30 on Wednesday 7th As go away Thursday morning at 7.00am. So will not be home to accept delivery On the date you have given me which is 8th March This is totally unacceptable

I know it is annoying and I commiserate, we're just letting you know there's nothing we as other users like you can do about this. Many people skim over the terms when they sign up for this support site and miss that this is a user to user site, not a way to communicate with Apple.
