The "Send to iPhone" Function stopped Working

The link between Maps on my MacBook and my iOS devices has stopped working recently. Can't say exactly when as I don't use it all the time but in the last 6 months. I have OS 10.13.3 on my Mac and iOS 11.2.6 on my devices.

Anyone has any idea why?

MB Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
