Where did the iCal downloads go?

Why does anything iCal related http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/calendars/usholidaycalendar.html or http://www.apple.com/ical/library/ default to https://support.apple.com/en_US/downloads Any number of searches just punts right to the support page, and a search there returns the same results.
