I don't see my name next to account balance when i log into iTunes. Why?

Is anyone else having this problem? When I log into the iTunes store, I don't see my name next to my account balance like in previous versions of iTunes. If I want to log in, I have to go to Account > sign in. How do I fix the problem?

I keep trying to add funds to my Apple ID... but every single time (which it never did this the first time I added funds) it reroutes me to the itunes App, which I uninstalled (I don't use it ever). So I reinstalled and even from the itunes store it keep just opening the same page every time I try to add funds, its VERY annoying. Is anyone else having this issue?

Apple ID has not yet used been used in the iTunes Store Hello, whenever I try to download an app(I’m trying to download Spotify) it says Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store. Whenever I click Review then type in my Apple ID password it does nothing at all and just goes back to the beginning pop up. I have no idea how to deal with this.

That is how it also works for me with the current version of iTunes. For me, I don't see it as a problem.
