Should I reset phone to factory settings

Several issues: I use notifications for certain apps. Can I turn all other’s off?

I want to only store photos, contacts and videos on Verizon cloud. How or can I not duplicate through google.

I do not use my calendar except to look at it days wise. No events or anything extra. Notes also.

I want to simplify all settings to optimize battery live. What things must be set to do so? Also, I don’t use Siri. No voice commands at all. I do us my maps a lot but I don’t track location history. I do not share any photos, contacts or locations. Please help!
