The screen goes all noisy while watching Netflix on Apple TV 4K

I have a problem with Netflix on Apple TV 4K (with latest official software). I have LG B7V TV and Denon AVR-X2400H amplifier. When I watch Netflix, every 10-15min the screen goes all noisy like below.

It happens only on Netflix. I use Infuse Pro to watch movies from my personal collection and everything works great when I use this software. Both HD and 4K movies works like a charm. Is there anyone who has similar issue and knows the fix?

Apple TV App Video Flickers When watching The Goldbergs in the Apple TV app on my Fall 2019 MacBook Pro (purchased in the iTunes store), the video will flicker occasionally during playback. Dropouts during playback While watching content from any app (Netflix, HBO Max, Discovery Plus, etc), I am getting frequent video dropouts during playback: i.e., for a few seconds, the screen goes black while the audio continues to play normally. I see no pattern in these dropouts; sometimes I can watch for hours with none, and other times it happens multiple times during the same show/movie. Any ideas?
