Importing Artwork into Itunes

Has anyone else noticed that when you paste/import artwork into iTunes using song info, the image is actually misaligned by a pixel or two. For example, this image is perfect on my desktop, but when i copy/paste into iTunes artwork on the song info dialog

I get the following, which looks like the image has wrapped on the left by a pixel or two.

or is it just me?

incorrect album .jpg Album artwork in iTUnes shows up correctly on each song, but not on the cover/display for the album in the grid. I have a miscellaneous file that is stuck on many albums after a get artwork search. I have tried to delete and put the correct .jpg in, and it corrects in the individual songs, but not the album. Any suggestions to make artwork "stick" on the album? I have tried restarting itunes, playing the first song on the album, playing a song from another album then the first song on the affected album, again, confirming that files are not read-only

iTunes won't validate podcast artwork. I am not super computer savvy. I have resized my podcast artwork a million times to get it within the pixel and <500 kb requirements. I downloaded photoshop to make sure it was saving in RGB. I am seriously losing my mind. If anyone could please take a look and let me know if I am missing some something obvious?
