Indian character hack

Hi I got a Indian character that crashed my phone and after that my iTunes had charged me £40eventhough I didn’t buy anything is it because of the uni code ?

You have not told us what model iPhone, or what version of iOS you are using.

iOS 11.2.6 remedies the Telugu issue.

Yes I have updated it but it says it has charged my iTunes £40
