seems my clould account is deleted

After buying a new iPhone 7 Plus I sold it to a friend and bought the 8. Once he put in his iCloud account all my devices where taken over by his account, my iPhone seven shows my profile with his email login, while the iphone 5 shows his profile and Since then my account disappeared, cant remove his nor can I log into mine
