Finding app download history some how some way

Hi! So basically I NEED to find when and how many times an app was downloaded on to my phone! I know the app store shows the initial download date of the application, but i need to know the dates i redownloaded/ used the app. It must be possible to get this data. Does anyone know a way to find this? Or any third party applications that would show this history and data?! Desperate please help!
