macOS Sierra 10.12.16 crashing Also High Sierra - Solved
Hi, this one had been doing my head in for a few days before I resolved it as follows:
i) Restart you mac in safe mode (hold down shift).
ii) Launch Activity Monitor and look as CPU usage. If highest usage is something called 'Rapportd' then its probably because your bank asked you to install some IBM security software called 'Rapport'.
iii) Headover to their website Rapport Installation Links | Trusteer
iv) Download the latest version for Mac but rather than installing it, use the 'uninstall' icon and this should solve your nightmare!
