Unlocked iphone
when buying an iphone fron apple online and choosing buy without a carrier does this mean its unlocked and i can use it in my contery ?

You should always purchase an iPhone inside your country of use.
An iPhone from a different country cannot be service by Apple or Authorized Apple Service Centers.
