How do I leave a group text this is unbelievable I’m being held hostage in a group text that I want out of I have a iPhone 8 Plus

Open the text message and select the information icon in the upper right, this opens a window showing the group information, scroll down and you'll find that you can either "Hide Alerts" or you can choose to "Leave this Conversation". Good luck, this should work allow you to completely leave the conversation or stay but not be bugged by all the texts.
