Mac mini software
I have a Mac mini from late 2009 running MacOS 10.10.5 trying to install Turbo tax 2017 which requires Mac OS 10.11 or above how can I get that software? App store only brings up OS 10.13

10.13 is higher than 10.11

Upgrade to OS X El Capitan - https://support.apple.com/HT206886 - "OS X El Capitan remains available for Mac computers that can't upgrade to macOS Sierra, or that need to upgrade to El Capitan first."
