Why do I get that I am not allowed to post

How were you told you were not allowed to post? Did you actually have a post that was then deleted? If yes then look at the terms of use of this site in the link at the bottom of this page.

There can also be cases where you are not allowed to post such as no posting more than every 30 seconds (hinders spammers).

You seem to be posting just fine. I'd try again. If you can't for some reason, post your question here and I'll ask for it to be moved to the appropriate forum.
