Should i get my iphone x replaced ?

The front facing speaker has the known problem “crack” at high levels ( last 2 bars of volume )

So should i replace it with a new one or there will be an update that solves this problem

... I’m annoyed that it is expected to have a flawless device when u pay near 1250 usd in my country
