Question: Billing problem with a family members previous purchase
Trying to update apps and I get "There is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchase" Ask the family organizer to update their billing information.
I contacted family organizer and they have updated billing information (credit card was previously compromised). Now that it is updated how can I quit getting this error message and be able to download new (FREE) apps that shouldn't even require this information??
