iPhone 8 Plus Audio Issue

Has anyone else had issues with their audio? I will try to watch a video on Snapchat or Facebook for example and it will play for a few seconds and stop. I’ll lock my phone and the lock sound does not play. However, if I get a phone call it will ring. The only solution I have found is to restart my phone android even then it doesn’t last long before my phone starts doing this again. Currently running off of IOS 11.2.6

I understand that when you try to watch a video on Snapchat or Facebook it will play for a few seconds and then stop. You're also not hearing the lock sound when you lock your iPhone.

For the issue with sound on these third-party apps, I suggest going through the troubleshooting steps in this support article: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open .

Then, make sure the Ring/Silent switch on your iPhone isn't enabled when locking your phone. If enabled, you won't hear the lock sound.

I appreciate the reply however this is not limited to those apps. My lock sound will not play, my phone will not play the sound for text messages either. My sound is on and it should be playing these sounds. The only solution I have found was to restart my phone and when I do that it doesn’t last for long before my audio isn’t working yet again.
