Is there anyway i can exchange my MacBook charger for a new one if i have apple care for my iPhone ?

No. Apple Care for your iPhone applies only to the iPhone and its packaged in accessories.
If the Macbook is still under warranty and the issue can be determined to be a manufacturing defect it can be replaced for free. Otherwise you will need to pay for the replacement.
