in macOS serria installition after factory reset
i am reset my laptop. but it does not start. in first shows choosing disk then download. after download the utilities disk does not show.
Okay,lavkush237. i understand you’re having trouble reinstalling sierra from a factory reset. What you could try to do is either boot from the Recovery Partition ( Apple & R keys held down on reboot) -os x tools should be found at the center top of the screen, reinstall OS?? Or try internet recovery ( option key, Apple key, and r key held down on reboot) -make sure wifi is either on ( pretty slow) or plug in an Ethernet cable to your Mac from your modem/router before trying to do that
