About mail app on my iphone

Hi. I have a question about my mail app. I accidentally delete my mail app and try to re-upload again. And tried to log in using my apple id and then suddenly there is an account error below of my mail. And it says that “the mail server automatically added for iOS and OS X mail is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in the mail settings” what does that mean? I have did that but nothing happened. I’ve attached the screenshot below. Can you help me to remove this thing error that seen in my mail app? Thank you and God bless!
